Import RBC Direct Investing PDFs

Here’s how to get your RBC Direct Investing statements out of RBC and into Greenline.

Download the statement from RBC

1. Log in to your RBC account.
2. At the top right, click on Profile.
3. Under the Account Management section, click View & Manage Documents.
4. Under What documents are you looking for? select Statements & annual reports.
5. From here, select the Account and Date Range.
6. Click Show Documents.
7. Download the documents to your computer.

Import it into Greenline

1. Open Greenline and go to the account this file belongs to. If you haven't added that account yet, add it first.
2. Press Upload.
3. Choose Monthly Statement PDF.
4. Drag the file in, or browse for it. One file at a time, up to 10 MB each.
5. Greenline puts the result in your Portfolio Inbox, the tray icon at the top of the screen. Open it, check what was found, and confirm.

Downloaded several months at once? Repeat these steps for each file.

Nothing changes in your portfolio until you confirm it in the inbox. If something was read wrong, you can correct it there.
